About the role
As an early-stage startup engineering team, we are a small team that works quickly, prioritising getting value to customers and iterating to make those experiences even better. We offer the most powerful battery analytics software while still focusing on making the user experience delightful. The full stack engineers have the freedom to move about the stack to deliver value to customers without being blocked by ownership silos. This means building snappy UIs and fast and reliable services to leveraging our powerful query engine to get the customers' answers that help them deliver great products. We are looking for folks who seek to understand and own customer problems, participating in every step of the development life cycle from ideation to delivery and maintenance. We encourage ownership and autonomy—if you see customer pain points, you will be empowered to fix them. Responsibilities

You will be owning key pieces of the product, maintaining them as per the product requirement and vision thereby managing the entire software lifecycle.

Writing and performing all required testing (unit, integration, UAT) as per the standard software development practice
•
Document regularly in detail about engineering and technical processes deployed in software
•
Actively participating in Sprint planning meetings and helping prepare action plans
•
Guiding and collaborating with Team members to ensure on-time delivery and the highest standard of code going into production. You should be flexible enough to co-work with people over slack, video calls
•
Regularly working towards clean coding standards and reducing backlogs
•
Provided that you will be given ample opportunity and freedom to experiment, you are expected to develop DevOps skillsets within a short timeframe
What we value

You are a strong back-end coder
•
You have a proven track record of launching and maintaining large-scale web products
•
You have experience with web application architecture and principles
•
Solid understanding of data structures, storage systems, database interaction, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools
•
Demonstrated ability to learn continuously, work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
•
Excellent communication to ensure you can work in a remote set-up environment without being overhead to other team members
